With a focus on sustainability, Landhouse delivers a striking, contemporary design that not only enhances the local environment but also sets a new benchmark for eco-friendly living in the region. 

 

The site is located on the outskirts of Bruton, just a short walk from the town centre, offering residents easy access to both urban amenities and the tranquillity of nature. 

 

We carefully crafted the masterplan to integrate the development with the surrounding countryside, incorporating communal green spaces, footpaths, and dedicated ecological corridors to support local wildlife. 

 

Every aspect of the project was thoughtfully considered to minimise impact on the existing landscape, including the use of green and gravel roofs, which allow the buildings to harmonise with the natural contours of the land. 

 

Origin3 successfully obtained full planning permission for the development, ensuring the vision of a sustainable, environmentally integrated community could come to life.
