A key piece of Swindon's growth

Part of Swindon’s New Eastern Villages, Foxbridge will deliver a vibrant new neighbourhood with high-quality homes, green spaces, and essential infrastructure—all designed to support a growing community and enhance the local landscape.
On behalf of Danescroft, we led and coordinated the preparation of comprehensive masterplan strategies to unlock the potential of Foxbridge North. Whilst simultaneously acting on behalf of Barratt Redrow to masterplan Foxbridge South. As a key element of Swindon’s New Eastern Villages, the site required careful planning to navigate a range of complex challenges—including the integration of the proposed Southern Connector Road, a robust water management strategy, and the sensitive setting of the historic canal corridor and a Scheduled Monument.

Working in close collaboration with Swindon Borough Council through a proactive and inclusive masterplanning process, Origin3 secured early alignment on the vision and direction for the site.

Our involvement has continued throughout the project. We played a central role in securing approval for the site’s Design Code, leading a series of collaborative workshops with the client and Local Planning Authority. Most recently, we submitted the Reserved Matters applications for both Foxbridge South and North, marking another significant milestone toward delivering much-needed homes, community assets, and infrastructure for the area.
