Clare has been with the practice since 2011. She has over 20 years’ of private practice design experience with a background in masterplanning and project co-ordination. 

 

She has successfully led and managed large scale masterplans for residential and mixed-use developments, working on both greenfield and regeneration sites throughout the UK. Her role has involved close collaboration and relationship building with private sector clients, and public sector bodies, in which she excels, ensuring smooth project progression and successful outcomes. 

 

In addition to her private sector experience, Clare has worked with public bodies to identify opportunities for redevelopment and repurposing of redundant sites. She has produced appraisal documents, design guides, and has played a key role in undertaking negotiations with Local Planning Authorities to secure approval. 

 

Clare is highly experienced in organising and managing public consultation and stakeholder engagement, including the design, set up and running of exhibitions and workshops. 

 

Her approach is centred on identifying and responding to project constraints, ensuring that developments are able to deliver their full potential through well designed, practical and appropriate proposals. 

 

Clare shares O3's interest in strategic planning and the future direction of housing led growth in the UK in relation to high level infrastructure opportunities and environmental considerations. But don’t tell the planning team . . .
