Chris joined the practice in March 2011. As a Director of Origin3 Urban Design he combines a wide range of practical experience with design-led skills, as well as extensive community participation skills.  

 

Chris has produced and co-ordinated regeneration and large scale mixed-use masterplans and regularly undertakes feasibility studies, development briefs, and production and implementation of Design Codes for both private sector clients and Local Planning Authorities. Chris has led both stakeholder and public consultation events and workshops for both regeneration and greenfield development proposals. Further, Chris has experience in producing written evidence for Public Inquiries.  

 

His design approach is centered on finding creative and deliverable solutions for technically challenging sites and then forming 'design frameworks' that create meaningful change in the built environment.
