The existing features of a study site and its locality are an opportunity. Allowing a proposal to work with these from day one, visioning a new community within an existing context, promotes a legible scheme whose considered design can then be demonstrated throughout the planning process.
We are passionate about designing proposals which blend environmental mitigation and technical requirements with best practice design and critical thinking – to be sound in their principles, robust in their execution and aspirational in their creativity.
We take an active interest in environmental factors affecting development, with an understanding of how to work with a consultant team to resolve and embed constraint mitigation. All our proposals seek to maximise opportunities for sustainable development; integrating sustainable urban drainage strategies from day one, utilising green infrastructure for the betterment of the proposal overall, incorporating alternatives to car-dependency and setting frameworks to meet carbon emission benchmarks.
