A safe, secure, and suitable home in a well-designed location is a basic need that provides a springboard for life. Good strategic planning and design placemaking are our tools to help deliver this. 

We believe that housing delivery in the UK should be tackled head on, by identifying, planning for, and delivering a full spectrum of sites for new homes, on brownfield and greenfield sites, in locations that meet the everyday needs of residents.

Our projects include urban extensions, mixed-use developments, and employment premises that create jobs close to residential areas. We ensure the places we design begin with an understanding of landscape and ecology, integrate with existing environments, and foster vibrant communities for current and future residents. 

Finding innovative solutions for complex projects 

With a strong sense of integrity and social responsibility, we specialise in finding innovative solutions for complex projects. We support strategic land promoters and investors with the most challenging projects, provide advice to PLC housebuilders and SME developers, and have worked with charities, trusts and local authorities to help deliver their plans. 

The projects O3 have been working on this year could deliver around 36,500 homes. The equivalent of 12% of the Labour Government's annual target.
