The Anvil site, also known as ND6 occupies a key space at Temple Quay, within the Bristol Enterprise Zone. Origin3 worked alongside Linkcity (Bouygues Developments) and HKR Architects to secure planning permission for 9,000sqm of Grade A office space. This represents a significant private sector led development for the Enterprise Zone, sat adjacent to the Burges Salmon building and ‘The Eye’. The decision of Bristol City Council to support the scheme is an important step forward for Bristol’s economic development and will hopefully spur the private sector on to support growth in the Enterprise Zone.
